Independence Village
Independence Village is a gated community with 103 duplex and stand-alone homes. The one- and two-bedroom homes range from about 1100 sq. ft. to more than 2300 sq. ft.
Independence Hill
Independence Hill offers 1- and 2-bedroom apartments, most with covered patios. Both independent living options — Independence Village and Independence Hill — are located close to golf, and other special dining locations.
Assisted Living Apartments
Our assisted living apartments are studio and 1-bedroom units that include services like three well-balanced meals a day and on-site caregivers.
Priority Move Option
Those who choose an independent living option receive priority for moving to assisted living apartments if that becomes necessary in the future.
